*ADVICE* plz

So i ordered some stuff from a vendor and it says it was delivered on the 12th when i got given the tracking number on the 14th. Looked all around and in the post box but no parcel. I have tracking no declaring that it was delivered but im not sure how to approch this further. Plz help and much apprriciated

i have lodged a issue with nz post just wondering what would happen in terms of refunds or if someone took it out of my post box
