What happens if my doormen disappear?

Hi guys, the last weeks here at my apartment the doorman simple disappeared and now we have a pile of letters on the floor. Packages are all going to the local courier post. What happens if the shit I ordered goes there? Should I go pick up or forget it? I should have been receiving some deliveries today but nothing came other than letters telling other stuff I bought is waiting for me there
