Hmmm well your order took 2 weeks and I ordered mine on the 4th and should have been sent on the 6th so if the shipping times are consistent, it's possible that it may arrive on the 20th of December. I'm dubious but not giving up hope just yet. Just weird that he's not replying to messages regarding tracking numbers

Two courier vans were stolen in December. Probably unrelated though.

Police has confirmed an NZ Post van was stolen from outside a business on Hamilton's River Rd last Friday while the driver was delivering a package.

The van was recovered two days later, but it was empty. Not a single one of the 170 parcels have been found.

Another van was stolen from Tauranga on December 9 along with 50 parcels.

Yes. I ordered around the 29th november. Tracking updates didnt start until 11 december and say delays processing.

Perhaps there is merit in this, there also seems to be a huge amount of outstanding orders for another vendor, along with unread messages and refund requests. Acting on the side of caution is always the best approach, although a reference would be good to see @EmpireNZ

Posting this so people don't worry about cleaning house. The vendor pulled an exit scam starting December and stole money from approx 80 orders. When this topic appeared the vendor created fake orders and fake feedback to try keep the scam going. When the market began holding payments the vendor knew the game was up and went into vacation mode. Only four people got their money back from the held payments.

Someone i know got a visit from detective about a package of coke from empirenz yesterday still think he scammed though.. weird how some peoples orders arrived after weeks though guessing they dident catch everything..? Idk just be cautious if you ordered

The vendor needs to login to their account and start sending refunds. The other accounts he runs on the market to make purchases means other vendors got his shipping address.

login and make refunds or risk there address and names geting leaked

Yeah I talked to a vendor he used to be in kahoots with and got a fake name and a shipping address. Could do some research into this address to find more.

Might not be anything to worry about, but has anyone seen the vendor Icy? hes got a couple products, mdma and cocaine, listed but currently disabled, the price seems suspiciously low.
i wonder if he will use escrow when and if he enables listings..

UPDATE!!!! My package was seized had a d come round yesterday I obviously denied but he seem to reckon mine and 40 other were seized were at the post office I think empire really did send them and possibly on the run idk crazy everyone be safe this summer

Im calling bullshit, pretty convenient that he got packages seized. His page stinks off Exit scam dont be so easily fooled. (posting photos he pulled from reddit etc) crazy price drops, he was active but ignoring messages? also made fake feedback on his own products?
half the people commenting are probably him on alt accounts trying to throw everyone off.

What's the lesson for everyone here? Don't EVER buy without Escrow.

What could the market do better? Make NON ESCROW offers really fucking obvious - almost like a confirmation "You do realize this order will have no escrow so if something goes wrong, we cannot refund you the money. You sure you still want to buy" etc.

Personally better yet it would be compulsory escrow for all orders ever regardless of account age etc. I get some people make arguments "but I need the cash flow" well you're dealing drugs illegally over the dark net for often a massively inflated price over clearnet/in person and if you don't like escrow then too bad. Not like there would be many other options for sellers that would have the inherent protection of darknet.
