i keep getting stuck in kleopatra when trying to export my public key i can't open in it to view any ideas?

I use OpenKeychain. In the advanced options there is a "share" option, then a cut/paste key to clipboard option. From there, cut/paste key to the text box when registering. One way to do it.

i use kleopatra, make a key pair, export your public key to a txt document and then use the notepad to decrypt etc.
