Why is purchasing a vendor account disabled?

Tried to pay vendor bond and it's disabled.  Any reason for disabling the vendor bond and any plans on accepting new vendors in the near future?

Vendor creation is disabled for me too and i am awaiting a response.

I filled out the Application Form and sent a Support Ticket on 2022-07-17 for vendor status request.

I can see that it has an update from 3rd July that says: "bond purchase disabled due to backlog of tickets after some failed OS upgrades. Please check again in a week or two for bond being purchasable again."

I wish admin had highlighted the update so it stands out, I didn't see it initially because it just looks like part of the vendor bond listing.  Looks like I'm not the only one that missed that update.

If I can't get a vendor account here soon I've got to put my product on the streets instead because you know I've got shit to pay for.

The first estimated time for vendor bond being purchasable again has come and gone.  Any staff member got another estimate on vendor bond being purchasable again?
